Refund & Cancellation

As of 20 Sept 2026, this website does not take payments. There is no checkout, no card form and no payment gateway connected. A booking or quote request made here does not charge you anything.

That means there is nothing for us to refund through the website. Anything you pay is paid to the division directly, and is covered by whatever you agree with them.

• Before we confirm: nothing to cancel. Just tell us and we will drop the request.
• After we confirm: call or message the division as early as you can, and we will release the slot.
• Wedding and event dates are held exclusively, so the earlier you tell us, the better for everyone.

If we cannot do a job we have confirmed - illness, equipment failure, anything else - we will tell you as soon as we know, offer another date where we can, and return any advance you have paid us directly for that job.

VP Printers jobs are made to order. Once a proof is approved and the job is on the machine it cannot be cancelled, because the materials are already used. If what you collect does not match the proof you approved, we reprint it.

The site is built so that online payment can be added later. It is currently disabled. Before any payment feature goes live, this page will be replaced with the real terms, which will set out:

• Which payments are refundable, and in what circumstances.
• The cancellation window and any advance that is non-refundable.
• How long a refund takes to reach you, and by which method.
• What happens to a payment that fails or stays pending.
• How to raise a dispute.

These terms must be written and reviewed before payments are enabled - they cannot be drafted in advance of the owner choosing a provider and confirming the business’s tax and legal position.

We will never store card numbers, CVV codes or payment credentials in this website’s database. When payment is added, card details will go directly to the payment provider and never through our servers.
