A showcase of the group and a way to get in touch. It is not a shop: no products are sold here, no prices are published, and no payment is taken.

• Sending a booking request asks for a slot. It is not confirmed until we reply and say so.
• A quote request is a request for a price. It is not an order, and nothing is charged.
• Any price, date or turnaround we give you is confirmed directly, not on this website.
• Please give accurate contact details - if we cannot reach you we cannot confirm anything.

Please do not:

• Submit forms automatically or in bulk, or try to get around the rate limits.
• Attempt to access the admin area or any account that is not yours.
• Copy the photographs, videos, logos or written content for your own use - they belong to us or to our clients.
• Upload anything unlawful, or anyone else’s personal details, through the forms.

Photographs, films, designs, logos and text on this site belong to Vellappaniyaram Groups or to the clients who appear in them, and are used with permission. Client reviews and reels are published only where the client has agreed to it.

If you believe something here should not be published - a photograph of you, for instance - tell us and we will take it down while we look into it.

We keep this site up to date, but service lists, availability and details can change. Anything marked “coming soon” is exactly that - no opening date is promised. Where a page shows an illustration rather than a real result, it says so on the page.

Giri Traditional Shop runs its own website, and some pages link to Instagram or YouTube. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site under their terms, and we are not responsible for it.

We do our best to keep this site working and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including death, personal injury or fraud.

No payment is taken through this website. If that changes, these terms and the Refund & Cancellation policy will be updated before any payment feature is switched on.
